Answer:

1. Adjunctive treatment of alcohol and opioid withdrawal
2. Treatment of disorders such as tic, Tourette syndrome, and chorea
3. Treatment of severe nausea/emesis (postoperative, chemotherapy etc.)
4. Adjunctive treatment of severe chronic pain, (with analgesics)
5. Also used in the treatment of intractable hiccups
